All our biscuits are hand made with the best quality natural ingredients and a generous hand. We only use butter or rapeseed oil. We never use artificial additives or preservatives.
Highland Crackers was set up in 2014 by Donna Peacock. The youngest daughter of an orchardist, Donna grew up in Australia surrounded by cherries, peaches and apricots. With her origins firmly rooted in wholesome produce, its little surprise that she has pursued a passion for high quality food and provenance. Since moving to Scotland, she has created a new family tradition utilising the finest ingredients on her doorstep to create Highland Crackers.
